Soup - Roasted Garlic + Potato with Greens

This is a comforting bowl, smooth and creamy but dairy free. That said, it's amazing with a scoop of sour cream or a little heavy cream stirred in at the end of heating. 

Organic potato, onion, organic celeriac, organic celery, nettle, organic spinach, black pepper, olive oil, organic thyme, sea salt.
