Soup - Three Sisters

Squash, corn and beans are known as the three sisters - they love to grow together, and Indigenous people throughout North America grew different variations. Here we have sweet corn, delicate squash, green beans. Earthy, filling and delicious, this soup would love a dollop of sour cream and/or a sprinkle of cilantro on top.   

Ingredients: Organic onion, organic sweet corn, organic squash, organic green beans, organic sweet peppers, organic celery, organic garlic, organic tomato, black pepper, olive oil, spices, sea salt.
