Chunky Thai Squash Soup

Chunky with rich winter squash and laced with flavour, this soup is a treat. Coconut milk and thai spices (without being wildly spicy) 

Ingredients:  Organic squash, organic onion, organic shallot, organic spinach, organic coconut milk, organic coconut oil, organic ginger, organic garlic, kaffir lime leaves, organic chiles, star anise, sea salt.
