Soup - Chickpea Masala with Cauliflower

You could eat it as a soup - or make it into more of a meal by serving it with rice or chapati. Deeply flavorful and mildly spicy. 

Optional add-ins - chicken thighs, a fat dollop of yogurt (while heating, when served or both), a handful of cilantro.  

Last week I threw some in the instant pot with a half cup of water and chicken pieces (no skin but yes bones - took them out and off the bone when it came out - more nutrition), set it to the stew setting and came back an hour later. Delicious! 

Organic cauliflower, organic onion, organic garlic, organic ginger, organic chickpeas, organic tomato spices, butter, sea salt. 

1 litre, frozen.
