Sauerkraut -sometimes simple is best. Mild and sweet fall cabbage, shredded and massaged with salt. Adds instant interest to a sausage, plate of rice or a boring lunch salad. 

Ingredients: Organic cabbage, sea salt. 

Lacto-fermented. Keep refrigerated. 500ml
