Wild Leek Salt

Wild leeks (or ramps) are a wild treat in the early spring. Here they are dried and ground with sea salt. Makes a fantastically easy dip if added to a bowl of any mix of yogurt, sour cream and/or mayonnaise. Stellar sprinkled on tomatoes, eggs or potatoes.
