Napa Cabbage

Crispy and crunchy, mild and sweet - Napa cabbage makes a nutritionally dense salad when fresh. You can also roast it whole drizzled in olive oil, or add to stir fry. Try making kimchi with Napa, winter radish, onion, garlic and Chile peppers!
