Kohlrabi - Kossac

Large storage kohlrabi - my favorite because it's so big that when you peel it you're still left with a generous portion of veg to use! Kohlrabi is in the brassica family (like broccoli and cauliflower), so it's super nutritious, juicy and sweet in the same way as a broccoli stem. You can steam it, roast it in chunks, stir fry it (so good because it stays nice and fresh and crunchy), or eat it fresh. Try it grated as a coleslaw!
