Greens - Regular Swiss Chard

Swiss chard is a hearty green with lots of flavour - try cutting the stems out and cooking them a bit longer or separately for a crunchy treat. When I worked in restaurants sometimes we would pickle them. The greens are sturdy and great for soups and stews, and can be used anywhere that you would use spinach. Really delicious paired with anything creamy or cheesy.

This particular variety is known for its exceptional flavour and delicate leaves. Hard to find at stores because it's shelf life is garbage, but worth the effort to find it. Really amazing swiss chard!
