A blend of our own organically grown Mexican chile pepper powder (new mexican, ancho, chihaucle negro, pasilla), garlic, oregano & salt. Fantastic sprinkled on eggs, added to chili or on your taco fillings!

I'm focussed on flavour, not heat, so it's more complexity and intrigue than it is straight heat.
