Soup - Double Black Bean Chili

A hearty and flavor-filled bowl of warmth - medium heat, would be at home with a dollop of sour cream, cheese or chopped onion. Chock full of sweet red peppers, carrots and two kinds of black beans - black Basque beans and more traditional black turtle beans.
