Wild Leek & Potato Spanish Tortilla

Imagine you're having tapas in Barcelona - thin sliced potatoes, wild leeks (ok, maybe not exactly Barcelona), eggs and fine Spanish olive oil bind together into a perfect wine and salad lunch or light dinner. Serve room temperature or warm it slightly. 

Ingredients: Organic potatoes, wild leeks, organic onion, organic black pepper, sea salt, olive oil.
