Soup -Roasted Sweet Pepper & Tomato

Sweet and savory, this soup would work as a pasta sauce in a pinch. Ripe tomatoes and roasted sweet peppers cooked down with onions - delicious with a side of grilled cheese.   

Ingredients: Organic heirloom tomatoes, organic sweet peppers, organic onions, organic carrots, celery, organic garlic, olive oil, sea salt.
